The Kymviet team, predominantly deaf, was both thrilled and taken aback by the warmth, openness, and inquisitive nature of the Eunoia Junior College - Singapore teachers and students who participated in a deeply enriching educational experience at the Kymviet facility.
Eunoia Junior College was formed by the collective ambition of three distinguished institutions. Catholic High School, CHIJ St Nicholas Girls’ School and Singapore Chinese Girls’ School are rooted in a century of excellence in academic and character education. Each has transformed generations of successful men and women. Together, the four schools are more than ready to create a new, brighter future for students.
Eunoia means beautiful thinking, goodwill to all and a bridging of the heart and mind. Harmonising five vowels of the English language, the name represents completeness.
We are deeply touched and grateful to the teachers and students of Eunoia Junior College - Singapore for their impressive experience at Kymviet Space on November 19, 2024. This meaningful experience left a lasting impression and a deep sense of compassion. The Kymviet team, primarily composed of deaf individuals, were truly delighted and somewhat surprised by your friendliness, willingness to share, and eagerness to learn and explore new things. In particular, your proactive efforts to quickly adapt to sign language at Kymviet have allowed us to understand each other better in both work and daily life. We were also impressed by your skillful hands in completing the stuffed animals with us.
